After 13 years in the auto parts industry, I left because I knew I was meant for more. I had been training MMA since my early twenties, competed, and really fell in love with being in the gym. I wanted to train more, be around my son more, and do something I was actually passionate about. So I quit my day job and went all in on coaching.

Almost 10 years in, I kept noticing a pattern. Two clients, same goals, same effort, same protocol. One killed it. The other didn't. I needed to know why.

Every answer pointed to the blood.
